Introduction
DisciplineDreams ("we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy. This policy describes how we handle information when you use DisciplineDreams Plan, our hosted service for creating and sharing date polls and availability.
What DisciplineDreams Plan is
Plan lets signed-in hosts create polls with proposed dates or times, share a link with guests, and view aggregated responses. Guests may respond without creating an account, depending on how the host shares the poll.
Information we collect
If you create an account, we process data needed to sign you in (such as your email address) and to operate your polls: titles, descriptions, poll options, and responses submitted by you and your guests (for example names and availability). We use this data only to provide the service, improve reliability and security, and communicate with you about your account when necessary.
Hosting and service providers
The service is hosted on infrastructure providers (for example Vercel for the web app). Authentication and data storage may be processed by Supabase or similar providers we configure. Those services have their own privacy terms and may process limited technical data (such as IP addresses or logs) as part of hosting. We choose providers that fit a production web application and keep access limited to what is needed to run Plan.
Other DisciplineDreams products
Our other products (including Epicnap, SessionGlow, and Jamcue) may have their own privacy policies on their respective sites. This policy applies specifically to DisciplineDreams Plan on the domain where it is deployed.

Polls or hosts may link to external sites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other websites. We encourage you to read the policies of any site you visit.
